This site is a tribute to Gordon Laing. Passed away peacefully at home on 28th January 2024, aged 93 years. Much loved husband to Betty, father to Jane and Paul, grandfather to Sam, Lucy, Rachel and Isaac. Gordon will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

So sad to learn of the passing of Gordon. He and Betty were our neighbours when we moved into Salehurst Road back in 1967. Together they showed great kindness which we appreciated. Happy memories. We moved back to the Midlands in 1973, and remained in touch mainly through the annual Christmas letters. Deep condolences to Betty and family at this time Kind regards Wendy & John
